TAAP RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

This Returns and Refunds Policy applies only to orders placed through our website at www.taapwellness.com. Taap Innovation Company Limited (“TAAP”) cares about its customers. We want to ensure your purchases get to you and that you are happy with our products. If, however, you are unhappy with the product ordered from us or it is damaged in transit, you may return it and get a refund or replacement.
If the product does not perform to expectation or you are unhappy with it, you have 30 (calendar days starting from the date of estimated delivery date) to request a return and get a refund. Please contact customer service prior to sending any product back for a return to email@example.com and send the product to our address below after we have acknowledged your request.
With your request, please include some additional feedback regarding the item so we fully understand why it wasn’t a fit for you. Don’t be shy; your experience and privacy are important to us! Please include a note with your order ID and contact info in the package so we know it’s yours.

To be eligible for a return and refund, you must send over the full package, including the used bottle and unused bottle(s) and your name and order number. We will inspect the returned bottles and credit your payment method if you qualify for a refund. The refunds should be received within 7 – 14 business days after notice of confirmation.
Some products may be subject to replacements rather than a refund. For example, where a product is damaged in transit before delivery or defective, you may return such a product (using the steps in section 2) to get a replacement. The request for a replacement should be made after you receive the damaged product.
- SHIPPING FEES
Our policy about refunds and replacement does not cover any shipping fee you paid during order checkout. TAAP will handle any shipping fee incurred during returns for damaged items.
